What is the Difference Between a Service (Tune-Up) and a Repair?

A service (tune-up) is for an AC or furnace that is that is currently working but needs a safety inspection, cleaning, and/or routine maintenance.

A repair is for a system that is not operating or has low output.

How Much Does it Cost to have a Technician Come for a Repair?

We charge a $59 diagnostic fee to cover technician travel, diagnosing the problem, and consultation with all of your repair options. The $59 fee is waived if you accept the repair. The total cost would be strictly for labor and any replacement parts (if needed).

Do You Charge a Fee for an After Hours Emergency Repair?

We do not apply the diagnostic fee but charge a $75 emergency fee in addition to our regular rates for dispatching technicians to jobs outside of our normal operating hours of Monday to Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. If you need to schedule an after hours emergency repair, please call or text 719-600-2374.

What Systems Do You Repair?

We repair air conditioners, furnaces, humidifiers, and thermostats. We do not service mini splits, boilers, water heaters, fireplaces, nor condos.

What Brands Do You Repair?

We repair all brands of air conditioners and furnaces and will have your heating or cooling system operating again quickly.

How Long Does a Repair Take?
