What is the Difference Between a Service (Tune-Up) and a Repair? 

A service (tune-up) is for an AC or furnace that is that is currently working but needs a safety inspection, cleaning, and/or routine maintenance. 

A repair is for a system that is not operating or has low output. 

How Much Does it Cost to have a Technician Come for a Repair?

A licensed service technician will come to your home to diagnose your unit, notify you of the problem, and inform you of the price and options for the repair before any work is complete. We charge an $89 diagnostic fee to cover technician travel, diagnosing the problem, and consultation with all of your repair options.  

What Systems Do You Repair?

We repair air conditioners, furnaces, humidifiers, and thermostats. We do not service mini splits, boilers, water heaters, fireplaces, or condos. 

What Brands Do You Repair?

We repair all brands of air conditioners and furnaces and will have your heating or cooling system operating again quickly.

How Long Does a Repair Take?

Repairs can take as little as 30 minutes to 90 minutes. Significant repairs can take 2+ hours. 

How Quickly Can I Schedule an Appointment?

Typically, we can arrive to your house on the same day or the following business day. It might take longer during peak seasons.
