What is the Difference Between a Repair and a Service (Tune-Up)?
A repair is for a system that is not operating or has low output.
A service (tune-up) is for an AC or furnace that is that is currently working but needs a safety inspection, cleaning, and/or routine maintenance.
How Much Does it Cost to have a Technician Come for a Repair?
A $119 diagnostic fee covers technician travel and diagnosing the problem. There would also be the cost of the repair and replacement parts (if needed). We will inform you of the price and your options before any work is completed.
What Systems Do You Repair?
We repair residential air conditioners, furnaces, humidifiers, and thermostats. We do NOT service mini splits, boilers/radiant heating, rooftop units, evaporative/swamp coolers, window units, whole house fans, geothermal, electric baseboard heaters, water heaters, fireplaces, propane, condos, or commercial properties.
What Brands Do You Repair?
We repair all brands of air conditioners and furnaces and will have your heating or cooling system operating again quickly.
How Long Does a Repair Take?
Repairs can take as little as 30 minutes to 90 minutes. Significant repairs can take 2+ hours.
How Quickly Can I Schedule an Appointment?
Typically, we can arrive to your house on the same day or the following business day. It might take longer during peak seasons.
