For a seasonal AC service, we prefer the outdoor temperature to be above 65°F to check the refrigerant charge.

  $149 Reg $179

 A Service PLUS includes a premier tune-up and a deep cleaning that goes beyond an ordinary service to keep your air conditioning system in top condition. 

Better choice for a system that has not been routinely serviced

Our company has one of the most meticulous and thorough service tune-ups in the Colorado Springs area.

Our Standard Service includes:
 

• Replace the standard air filter
• Check refrigerant levels
• Check air temperature
• Check blower wheel
• Check compressor
• Check condenser blade balance
• Check for refrigerant leaks
• Measure and record line voltage
• Measure and record motor amperages
• Inspect contacts
• Inspect motor starters
• Inspect relays
• Inspect safety controls
• Inspect overflow protection devices
• Inspect electrical connections
• Inspect outdoor electrical disconnect
• Inspect indoor cooling coil
• Inspect and wash outdoor unit coil
• Inspect condenser fan motor
• Clean and inspect condensate drain, p-trap, and drain line
• Test thermostat operation (replace battery, if needed)
• Test condensate pump (if applicable)
• Perform AC functional test


Please allow up to 1 hour to complete.

+ Remove condenser top and clean debris
+ Full condenser coil clean with chemical cleaner
+ Replace up to 3 ft of refrigerant line insulation (if needed)
+ Inspect compressor connections
+ Inspect condenser motor bearings and seals
+ Inspect furnace blower assembly
+ Test duct static pressure
