• Replace the standard air filter

• Check air filter for gaps and cabinet for unsealed openings

• Check fan speed setting

• Check blower motor amperage

• Check motor starter

• Check line voltage

• Check compressor amperage

• Check condenser fan amperage

• Check condenser fan blade balance

• Check compressor operation

• Check refrigerant levels

• Check for refrigerant leaks

• Check air temperature split

• Clean and inspect condensate drain, p-trap, and drain line

• Clean/Test condensate pump (if applicable)

• Clean outdoor unit coil

• Inspect indoor cooling coil

• Inspect overflow protection devices (if applicable)

• Inspect relays

• Inspect contacts

• Inspect safety controls

• Inspect outdoor electrical disconnect

• Inspect electrical connections

• Inspect condenser fan motor

• Perform AC functional test

• Test thermostat operation (replace battery, if needed)

  + Remove condenser top and clean debris
  + Full condenser coil clean with chemical cleaner
  + Replace up to 3 ft of refrigerant line insulation (if needed)
  + Inspect compressor connections
  + Inspect condenser motor bearings and seals
  + Inspect furnace blower assembly
  + Test duct static pressure
