5 Characteristics of a
Professional
Install Company

1. Proper Sizing

A heat load calculation is used to determine the air conditioner's size. We will measure the quantity and size of your windows, thickness of wall insulation, and direction the home faces. These factors are necessary to size the unit properly.

2. Licensed Contractor

Contractors are required to be licensed for each county they pull permits. A licensed contractor must pull a permit for every air conditioner and furnace they install. Contractor licenses can be checked at www.PPRBD.org.

3. Accredited with the BBB

Look for an accredited business at the Better Business Bureau (BBB) with an A+ rating. Accredited businesses are held accountable to a high standard of ethics and customer service.

4. Upfront pricing

Honest companies will give you the total installation price up front. The total cost should include supplies, labor, taxes, permits, electrical and the inspection. Some companies advertise a low price for an install, but that price may not include taxes, permits, and/or fees. We have upfront pricing and no hidden fees!

5. Warranty after the install

When a system is professionally installed, it will last for years. We guarantee our work and have one of the best warranties in the business: A 2-year workmanship warranty and a 10-year limited parts warranty on most systems.
